We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team at Robshomesandproperties as our Social Media Marketing Specialist. This individual will be responsible for creating and managing all social media platforms for our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Zillow, Avail.co, Apartments.com.
Create and execute social media marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Generate and share engaging Leads, including text, images and videos that reflects our brand's message and core values.
Analyze social media metrics, interpret data to drive continuous improvement and create reports that showcase performance and opportunities for growth.
Identify trends in social media and implement new strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Marketing, Sales, and Customer service to align social media with overall business goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in social media marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite and social media analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Strong working knowledge of design tools including Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and creativity.
Passionate about social media and staying up-to-date with current trends.
